Welcome to the City of Elizabethton's Public Permit Portal!

Launched in April 2023, the City's brand new public permit portal will allow you to apply for a variety of types of building permits online. Once your permit application is reviewed, and your permit is issued, you will be able to schedule inspections and receive inspection results by email.

Additionally, residents are now able to click the Contact Us link to submit Code Enforcement concerns or complaints through the Report a Concern feature of the portal. When submitting a concern, be certain to provide a PIN number. This PIN number will allow you to check on the status of your request in real time.
